Zane's movie.

Zane and I went to his first movie on Wednesday, October 26. We went to see Madagascar while Luke stayed the night for the first time with Papa and Grandma Boom-Boom (His first time overnight anywhere without me.) Zane enjoyed the movie, had his own little pop (a rare treat), popcorn and candy. He talked through the whole thing; asking questions mostly. It was a fun date for us.

Note of interest: Luke got stung by a bee for the first time 10/25/05. He handled it pretty well. He grabbed it from his neck and had it in his hand until Grandma got it out. He cried for a few minutes until I offered him chocolate milk. Grandma Boom-Boom was more upset than he was.

Second note of interest: Luke is now crawling out of his crib regularly. It started about two weeks ago and you can't stop him. About the same time, he learned how to open doors and is no longer afraid to get up and down from our bed.

Zane and litter patrol

The day before yesterday our family went for a walk. Zane wanted to wear gloves and his backpack. Why? Because he wanted to pick up garbage. He said, "People are litter bugs."

Cade spit-up for the first time today. I didn't know that some babies never spit-up; both my other two spit-up regularly.

Luke learned how to climb out of his crib yesterday. Now his is unstoppable - I put him in his crib probably six times today at nap time. He is so excited about his new skill that he is not afraid of the consequences.
